​Jody is a Recreational Therapist and Certified Member of the Australian Recreational Therapy Association. She is passionate about improving clients’ quality of life through purposeful participation in leisure activities. 

Using an evidence-based approach, Jody will conduct assessments, create a treatment plan and implement interventions tailored to the individual needs of each client.
Particular areas of focus may include:

• Leisure awareness and education (what options are out there and what are the benefits?)
• Leisure attitude (building motivation and confidence)
• Leisure skills (from selection and initiation to participation)
• Community integration and interpersonal skills
